Where will dispatch training take you

When you graduate from dispatcher training in Cambridge and head out into the job market, it’s important to know which companies in Canada are the best to work for.

Currently, there are six Canadian trucking companies that made the 2016 list of “20 Best Fleets to Drive For” created by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and CarriersEdge. The companies had to be nominated by a driver or contractor to be eligible for the award. Once they received a nomination, each company was evaluated based on a questionnaire, followed by an interview, and finally by a driver survey that examined company programs and overall employee satisfaction.

Based on these evaluations, several Canadian trucking companies made the list. Here are just four of the best Canadian trucking companies of 2016!

1. Bison Transport: A Trusted Employer for Graduates of Dispatch Training

Bison Transport is located in Manitoba and currently has 1,785 drivers: a huge fleet! They are a multiple-award winning Canadian transport company which utilizes the latest in trucking technologies.

They have offices and facilities all across Canada and have some of the most professional drivers. Several Bison drivers were recently awarded the Volvo Safety Award, while three of Bison’s best were even awarded the Volvo Canada Driver of the Year Award! If you choose to pursue the best dispatcher training Toronto has to offer, you can work alongside Bison’s respected professionals.

2. Challenger Motor Freight Inc.: An Award-Winning Choice for Grads of Dispatch Training

Erb prides itself on hiring the most dedicated and passionate trucking professionals, and has the awards to prove it. Check out this message a client wrote to Erb headquarters for further proof that this company really delivers:

“Your drivers are fantastic. They are courteous, drive well and follow the laws,” writes Ingo from Cambridge, Ontario. “The good quality drivers that you employee deserve a big ‘thank you’ for their excellent driving skills.”
